For a different city pair, send us a design request before ordering. We will confirm whether it can be offered and the timing; availability is not guaranteed.
No. The first edition includes one matte paper poster. Frames, clips and other styling accessories shown in images are not included.
The first edition is 8 × 10 inches (20.3 × 25.4 cm). These are the paper dimensions. Allow extra space for your separately purchased frame.
We currently ship within the United States only. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after personalization approval and submission to our print partner. Economy transit is estimated at 4–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges appear at checkout. These estimates are separate and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Please contact Lucky Swan promptly with your order number and clear photos of the poster and packaging. We will investigate with our print partner and guide you through the available remedy. Keep the packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
Check your names, date, size and delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact Lucky Swan as soon as possible if you need a correction or cancellation. Changes may no longer be possible once production starts. Return requests are reviewed under our store policy and applicable consumer rights.
