This store is operated by Lucky Swan LLC under the Lucky Swan brand at luckyswanofficial.com. These terms describe purchases of our made-to-order personalized posters for delivery in the United States.

Products and personalization

Read the product description, dimensions and included items before ordering. Our first edition is an 8 × 10 inch matte paper poster; frames, clips and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included. The architectural illustration is stylized and AI-assisted, not an exact map or photograph. Screen and printed colors may differ slightly.

You are responsible for reviewing the names and date entered and the personalization preview before purchase. Do not submit content you are not entitled to use or content that is unlawful. Personalization changes the text only; the city artwork is fixed unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through our checkout payment providers. Never send card or payment credentials by email. An order acknowledgement confirms that your order was received; if an item is unavailable or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Production, delivery and cancellations

Production begins after payment and personalization review. Shipping estimates, delay handling and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Personalized product cancellations, damage claims and refunds are described in our Returns and Refund Policy. These policies do not remove rights required by applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. Order information needed for printing, delivery and payment is shared with the service providers involved in fulfilling the order.

Website use

Do not interfere with the store, misuse customer information or submit fraudulent orders. You may browse and purchase for lawful purposes. Use of site content is subject to applicable intellectual property law.
